Goonhilly Takscape presented history, stories and folktales connected to Goonhilly Downs. A topography of the Downs was created in locally dug soil and vegetation and populated with models of people, animals, objects and structures, representing 4,000 years of occupation. The resulting piece reflected layers of human agency over centuries, revealing a place of burial, commemoration, temporary occupation and experimentation.

Taskscape is an archaeological term used to describe the multiple activities reflected in any landscape.
