‘pool’ was created inside a dark space at the Happidrome, Goonhilly Downs, by lining and then temporarily flooding the room. The boat is the Ghostly Lugger used at Croft Pasco Pool.

The room was made available for viewing for a week in August 2009 as part of Happidrome Three. The sense of illusion was compounded by the apparent depth of water, making viewers anxious and wary of the edge. As their eyes grew accustomed to the dark, they began to see more of the interior and the bizarreness of the situation.
