"offsite:inside was devised as an experimental curatorial project to look at different ways of presenting, within a white-cube gallery environment, artist-initiated projects that had originally been developed either for, or in response to, non-gallery settings. Five artists - Stacey Righton, Bruce Davies, James Hankey, Elizabeth Masterton, and Jacqueline Knight - were each invited to stage a one-day-only solo presentation of their work in the Lower Gallery at Newlyn Art Gallery, over five successive days in February 2008 by Sara Bowler.”
